2. What data we collect
When you send a request through our contact or booking form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and any message or site address you choose to provide. We also receive limited technical data generated by your browser, such as IP address, device type and pages visited.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange landscaping services, keep accounting records and handle complaints. Processing is based on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legal obligations under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3992-IX від 19.11.2024.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is stored for no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded or a statutory retention period applies.
