These terms govern the use of zandorixia.com and the landscaping services ordered through it. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Information before ordering
We provide accessible and timely information on the scope of work, price, terms, performer identity and complaint procedure before you order, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.
3. Estimates and results
Site visits and estimates are indicative and become binding only when confirmed by us in writing. Plant growth, weather and soil conditions affect outcomes, so no specific result is guaranteed. Statements about guarantees, prices, discounts and outcomes are truthful and substantiated in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in UAH and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing.
5. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@zandorixia.com or +380 952 300 8216; we respond within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, as set out in Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.
6. Personal data and cookies
Names, phone numbers and addresses are processed on a lawful basis, with a privacy notice and consent where relied upon, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3992-IX від 19.11.2024. Cookies and similar technologies require informed consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020.
7. Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited as permitted by Ukrainian law. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
